While I was doing some online shopping on a lazy Sunday, I came across the J.Crew wedding section. I paused for a moment and thought: “how could I possibly forget about J.Crew’s bridal collection?” With one click I was surprised at how large their collection is. Thus, these next few Thursday’s we will be doing a style segment on each part of their collection.
The options are endless, regarding whatever your nuptials are! I began envisioning all different types of brides and what their looks were. The Cape Cod bride who needed something simple and airy for her beach wedding in Hyannis Port. She would wear the linen Emilia gown. While, the court house bride, who eloped on a warm Sunday would whisk off in her Adele dress and take photos on the Brooklyn bridge. Or the jumpsuit bride- a real New York City power player, who had a quiet ceremony with her partner and a romantic dinner with family and friends at Del Posto. She would sport the Crepe de Chine Jumpsuit while her partner would shine in the lace Pamela gown.
What you may not realize is that each dress, or should we say your wedding dress should tell a story. It should reflect who you are as a bride, or better yet as a woman!
