Pantone Color of 2015: Marsala Wedding Color Palette

It's here brides! Pantone has officially announced their 2015 color of the year, named Marsala. The color is saucy and delicious as it sounds.  The spicy wine color is ideal for autumn and winter weddings.  From mums to dark candles the options are endless.  Incorporate the color in your brides maids gowns, groomsman ties and even your flower girl's sash! Or take a note from our previous post Tips from the Pros and do a dark lip.  According to the masters at Pantone the color is flattering against most skin tones, which means you'll have a very happy bridal party! The color is versatile in a range of vibes from sexy to dramatic or classic and romantic; whatever your theme is the color can transition into a beautiful vision.

The color palette we created for marsala combines cranberry, soft olive and blush pink with accents of cream and white. We love how a the olive and blush mix together for the bouquet and ties together all of the floral arrangements as the cranberry adds a bit of drama and depth.  Tell us what you think, will you be using Marsala in your wedding color palette?
